Course Registration and Eligibility
The Course is intended for licensed dental professionals, including oral and maxillofacial surgeons, prosthodontists, periodontists, implantologists, and qualified clinical team members. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke registration at our sole discretion, including in cases of misrepresentation, disruptive conduct, or failure to meet professional eligibility requirements.
Course Fees and Payment
Course fees are listed on the registration page and are payable in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made in writing. All fees are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations, refunds, transfers, and substitutions are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you agree to be bound by that policy.
Educational Purpose and Medical Disclaimer
The Course is provided for continuing education and professional development purposes only. Course content, including lectures, demonstrations, live surgery observation, hands-on workshops, and any printed or digital materials, is intended to share knowledge and clinical perspectives — not to establish, replace, or override the independent clinical judgment of attending professionals.
Attendees are solely responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and care of their own patients. Application of any technique, protocol, or strategy presented during the Course is at the attendee's discretion and risk. We make no representations or warranties regarding outcomes, results, or the suitability of any technique for any particular patient or clinical situation.
Live Surgery and Patient Privacy
The Course includes observation of live surgical procedures performed on real patients. By attending, you agree to:

Treat all patient information observed during the Course as strictly confidential

Comply with all applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA

Refrain from photographing, video recording, or otherwise documenting any patient or surgical procedure without the express written consent of the patient and course faculty

Comply with all instructions from course faculty and venue staff during clinical observations
Violation of these requirements may result in immediate dismissal from the Course without refund and may be reported to applicable licensing authorities.
Photography, Recording, and Likeness Release
The Course may be photographed or video-recorded for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes. By attending, you grant [BUSINESS NAME] and its partners (including NYCOMS and Neocis, Inc.) the irrevocable right to use your name, likeness, and image in such materials without further compensation or notice. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing prior to the course start date.

Continuing Education Credits
The Course is approved for 12 CE hours through the Academy of General Dentistry's Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE). It is the attendee's responsibility to verify that the Course satisfies the continuing education requirements of their licensing jurisdiction. CE certificates are issued upon completion of the full Course.
Travel, Lodging, and Personal Expenses
Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, lodging, meals, and personal expenses related to the Course. We are not responsible for travel disruptions, lodging issues, or any expenses incurred in connection with attendance, including in the event of course cancellation or postponement. We strongly recommend purchasing refundable travel and accommodations or trip insurance.
Conduct at the Course
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the Course. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who:

Behaves in a manner that is harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or unsafe

Violates the privacy or safety of patients, faculty, staff, or other attendees

Fails to comply with venue policies, safety protocols, or faculty instructions
Attendees removed for misconduct are not entitled to a refund.
Limitation of Liability
